We eat so well in California. Grilled Copper River salmon with grilled lemon, grilled carrots, and steamed asparagus with mayo and chopped egg; mixed greens salad (arugula and two varieties of butter lettuce) with radishes, tomatoes, avocado, and Dijon mustard vinaigrette .
